For more than 15 years, the Admin Awards has recognized Administrative Professionals whose impact reaches far beyond what their job descriptions suggest.

Across tens of thousands of nominations, you start to notice a pattern. Administrative Professionals do so much more than the tasks they’re usually known for. Sure, people talk about managing calendars, communication and travel. But that’s not really the story.

They anticipate situations before they become problems. They help leaders think more clearly. They carry institutional knowledge that give organizations continuity and stability. And the best of the best operate simultaneously at the highest strategic level and the smallest human level. The most valuable work Administrative Professionals do is not transactional. It has never been.

Yet the role is often described through its tasks instead of its impact. That gap between perception and reality is what got us wondering:

What if we could bring the essence of the modern day Administrative Professional to life so everyone could finally see it?

That idea led to the creation of this PSA.

So when it came time to bring that idea to life on screen...we didn’t hire an actor.
